Project : Britten-Pears Foundation
In late 2016 we worked with the Britten Pears Foundation on a piece of consultancy looking at the digital offering of the foundation. The work looked in detail at the current offer; auditing both content, site structure and analytics. We went went on to lay out a vision and strategic framework for developing their offer in 2017. In 2017 we worked with the Foundation to develop a new website.
Project : Engine Room
In January 2013 we worked with CounterCulture to help them deliver a project plan for a Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) Stage 1 application to be submitted by a consortium of museums in the Hampshire-Solent area.

Project : Museum of Domestic Architecture digital strategy
The allure of looking at nice things on the web is strong for many of us. Sometimes it feels like we've just got to read the whole of the internet before we've even had our morning coffee. This often leads me to feeling like I should give it all up and stop spending my days looking at desirable objects online. Starting work on a project for the Museum of Domestic Design and Architecture in 2014 was perhaps not the time to make such a resolution - their collections are, frankly, beautiful.
Project : MLA ‘Culture on Tour’ project
In January 2012 we were commission by Blue Sail to deliver part of a MLA (Museums, Libraries, Archives) funded piece of work on Cultural Tourism for the South West Regional Museums hub (Bristol Museums; Russell Cotes Museum, Bournemouth; Royal Cornwall Museum, Truro; Plymouth City Museum & Art Gallery, Royal Albert Memorial Museum, Exeter). Thirty8 Digital delivered the digital strand of this Cultural Tourism project, advising the Museums on aspects of their web or digital presence.
Project : King Richard III Visitor Centre website
We were commissioned by tourism consultancy Blue Sail to work with them on the development of a strategic 5 year marketing plan for the brand new Richard III visitor centre in Leicester.

Project : Hampshire Museums viral marketing study
In 2014 we worked on an Arts Council England funded project with Hampshire County Council, the National Motor Museum, Southampton City Council and Winchester City Council to explore how viral marketing might be used to raise the profile of museums in Hampshire.
