Website scoping report
During Spring 2014 we completed a scoping exercise for the new Birmingham Museums Trust website.
We really enjoyed working with Birmingham’s Digital Manager Linda Spurdle who runs an impressive digital operation for an impressive group of museums – Rachel very much enjoyed her ‘research’ trip to Birmingham accompanied by her co-workers and museum officianardos (our boys, aged 9 and 6)
Our work for Linda included:

> Scoping for the functionality of a new website
> Our recommendations for the architecture of the website
> Recommendations for the technical infrastructure, CMS, modularity, sustainability
> Recommendation for timescale/budget for what needs to be achieved short term/medium term/longer term
We’re really looking forward to see the new site once it is up and running.
