Community supported agriculture Network UK
Community supported agriculture website build
In 2015 we were asked by the Soil Association to design and build a stand-alone site for the the Community supported agriculture Network UK
The roots of the CSA Network date back to a five year project run by the Soil Association through a Big Lottery funded programme. The project aimed to promote CSA as a way of reconnecting people with where their food comes from. At the end of the project, CSA farm members decided that this great work should continue, in the form of an independent organisation for community supported agriculture in the UK.
Previously the CSA Network’s web presence was part of the Soil Association’s website but now, as an independent organisation, the CSA Network wanted their own site. The Network wanted a sustainable, well designed and mobile friendly site which could be easily edited by non-technical people and a site which could grow as the network grew.
The site provides a wealth of information for potential network members, as well as those who are already part of the network. The site’s functionality includes a paid membership sign up and an interactive map for members to plot their projects to.
