Description

The Tyne & Wear Archives & Museum report on web stats for their nine venues. Their comms team, who do the reporting, use google analytics, but are limited by resources and available time.The sense across the TWAM team was that although they are quite adept at delivering concise stats to their stakeholders, they wanted some help understanding levels of engagement - and, more importantly - what “success” means for each of the venues and across the service.
