We were taking on by Hackney Museum in November 2021 to help them form a Digital Engagament Strategy for the coming 3 year period. The museum was still reeling from a council-wide cyber attack in October 2020, and we helped them to begin to think about how to recover from the impact of this, focusing on small, practical and audience-focused steps.
We wanted to deliver the end result as a “living document” rather than a long-winded Word document, and the end result was a wiki site which the team could interact with and continue to grow over the period of the work.
When we secured the funding for Scaling Up Change Minds from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, one of our first priorities was to appoint a web developer. The Change Minds website needed to serve multiple purposes: as an advocacy too for Change Minds, as a source of information for potential partners and participants, and as a tool for delivery of individual Change Minds 12-week mental wellbeing programmes. The site also needed to be easy to manage and update once the Scaling Up Project finished and Change Minds projects started rolling out across the country. We also wanted it to look good! Working with Mike and the team at Thirty8 has helped us achieve all of this....
