A long engagement with Birmingham Museums Trust to help them deliver a wide ranging series of digital improvements in a strategic and measured way.

The work included:

  • Digital strategy and digital content strategy development
  • Shopify ticketing solution scoping, support and development
  • Website project management support
  • Metrics / KPI development and support
  • Infrastructure support

The work culminated in the launch of a brand new Birmingham Museums website, online ticketing system which uses Shopify to radically reduce costs and increase capability across the board, and a more audience-focused story-led approach to content.
